Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy

Check-in hours are 2 - 9 PM and check-out is before 10 AM. Check-in after 9 PM is available upon request and is charged 12 EUR.
Please make your payment for accommodation (or the rest of the payment) when you check in. It is possible to pay by credit card.

Parking is not included in the accomodation price. It is possible to park your car on the "blue lines" - public parking spots right in front of our hotel. They are paid Monday-Friday from 5PM to 6AM. Don't hesitate to ask us for more information at your arrival. 

We offer our guests breakfast buffet for 8 EUR per person.
The pension is not equipped to accommodate animals.
The rooms of the pension are a non-smoking area.

Conditionds of cancellation:

Cancellation fee of 30% of the price for accommodation applies if the reservation is cancelled less than two days ahead of time by 12:00 (noon time).
Cancellation fee of 100% of the price for accommodation applies if the reservation is cancelled during the day of arrival or if the guests do not show.
If you choose a discounted price with your payment ahead, the payment is non-refundable when you cancel the accommodation.
Reservation fee for accommodation during congresses and events at Brno Exhibition Center is 30% of the price and is non-refundable.

The premises of the Penzion are non-smoking.
Parking is available across the street right in front of the Penzion. Only during major events at Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) they are charging a fee of 120 CzK a day.
